November is traditionally a very busy month for MWV. And this can be clearly seen if you take a look at list of all the teams departing.

The region of the Great Lakes has always been our focussed region with 17 visiting teams:

• 8 teams go to the the Eastern part of the Democratic Republic of the Congo
• 7 teams go to Rwanda
• 1 team goes to Burundi

This month, 12 teams departed to other areas in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
In Western Africa, 6 teams have worked on the improvement of health care. In Cameroon 3 teams landed and 3 other teams went to work in Benin.

Also in Tanzania 6 teams committed to helping local colleagues to bring knowledge and skills to another level.

In total, 40 teams departed from the wet and cold but familiar Belgium, in order to go working alongside with their African colleagues. If you want to know who is going to work in which place and what they are exactly going to do, please click here.

We say thank you to the 90 volunteers who in this month alone will help to save the lives of hundreds of people and who will give the badly needed lessons to their African colleagues!
